Unused vintage 1950’s Giesser 6″ scimitar / trimming knife in excellent unused condition.
Hand ground stainless blade and light hardwood handle (with original $4.50 price penciled in). No shrinkage or issues on handle. Some light water marks and few bits of light rust on blade, see photos.
An unusual shape, wider and more curved than a boning knife but in a smaller compact size.
6″ blade, 11.5″ overall
