Miso Measuring Whisk

Measure and melt miso like a dang pro. The design of this product allows the miso to smoothly dissolve into your broth without needing chopsticks or another utensil to mix with, as the miso bumps up against the whisk while you shake it.

You can measure a large serving (roughly 1 tablespoon or 36 grams) on one side, and a smaller serving (roughly 1 teaspoon, or 18grams) on the other. 

You may also decide to whisk eggs, cream, batter (really, the possibilities are endless) to your heart’s content with this double duty tool!
