American Cutlery Co Chicago Ill Est 1865 3 pc carving set with carbon steel blade/steel/tines silverplate ferrule and stag handles.
American Cutlery Co was in business for a long period of time and stamps stayed the same for a good period of time but this looks like 1900 to 1920s
Blade is nice and full, steel is still bitey yet not too coarse, fork tines are straight and guard springy.
